Coronavirus (COVID-19) and Your Orders

This page isn't here to share any facts, figures or key information on the pandemic that is Coronavirus or COVID-19.

This statement has been made to reassure all our new and returning customers that whilst we are prioritizing the health and welfare of all parties involved with Auramo, we are doing all that we can to ensure the continued processing of all orders placed with us.

Our mission remains unchanged in that we are still trying to offer the best customer service we possibly can, ensuring that you can continue shopping with us.

There may be some delays on deliveries which is out of our hands.  You can track your order with your tracking number on your order page to check it’s progress.  

Currently there are no restrictions related to the movement of goods between Europe, the UK and the USA and Canada.

I would still at this stage encourage you to place orders with us if you wish to do so as there is little risk in terms of delays and/or contamination.
As a small business, your custom is very important to us and I hope that we can continue to trade and thrive during this difficult period.
